Recently, the paper on the green economy was published by Prof. Zhuo Wuyang's team in the top international SSCI journal "Management Decision" --- "The bigger, the better? Optimal NGO size of human resources and governance quality of entrepreneurship in the circular economy"---also successfully selected as one of the ESI hot (1‰)and highly cited (1%) papers in the latest issue. This paper investigates the relationship between the NGO scale and regional governance level in China's green economy, which is of theoretical inspiration for building a beautiful China in the new era and supporting high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environment. This is the first ESI hotspot and highly cited paper in the discipline of economics at our university, realizing a breakthrough in the development of scientific research in the humanities and social sciences of our university.
